FREE ACT Registration

This year, the State of Kansas Legislature appropriated funds to pay for any public school Junior and any public school Senior who has not previously taken the assessments to take the ACT test and/or ACT WorkKeys assessment. The ACT is a test taken for admission to a college or university. ACT WorkKeys is an assessment that measures one’s general knowledge of workplace expectations and behaviors. Students may choose to take one test, both tests, or neither test. If you need assistance in making your decision, please visit with your student’s Academy Counselor.

What: The ACT Test
When: Wednesday, February 20, 2019 (makeup date: April 2, 2019)
Where: Junction City High School
Who: Any Junior who plans to attend college or university after graduation from high school and any Senior who has not previously taken the ACT

What: ACT WorkKeys Assesment
When: Thursday, February 21, 2019 (makeup date: April 3, 2019)
Where: Junction City High School
Who: Any Junior and any Senior who has not previously taken the WorkKeys

For students interested in registering, counselors will be available in Fiffe Gym during Parent-teacher Conferences and Family Resource Night on Wednesday, October 24th from 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
